WATERPROOFING & PROTECTION PRODUCTS
While waterproofing usually only account for 1% of a building’s construction costs, but it should not be ignored as it not only protects a structure from water damage, it helps to promote long-term comfort and save maintenance cost as well. UCT not only provides the right materials for waterproofing, we are also the solutions provider when it comes to waterproofing any concrete or metal structures. We work with architects to design, plan and install a waterproofing system for your project.
JOINT TREATMENT FOR BUILDING & CIVIL ENGINEERING
Joint treatment is necessary in any concrete structure or building as a potential weak link or gap may lead to leaks, lack of durability or even structure failure. UCT specialises in joint treatment using building sealants and high quality joint system to connect and seal off joints, as well as cover expansion joint filler board’s water stop system to prevent these issues in a building.
PRECISION GROUTING
A good quality precision grout, whether polymer resin-based or cementitious must be able to provide good load transfer and are easy to apply under most conditions. Leveraging on our expertise and modern facilities, we are capable of offering a vast range of Non-Shrink Precision Grouts. The offered product is acknowledged for its non-shrinking and increased strength attributes using top quality raw material.
INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL FLOORING
Flooring is an important part of any design. Aside from adding to the overall aesthetic, flooring should also be practical. For industrial buildings, the wear resistance and functionality of flooring is also an important priority. We specialised in moisture epoxy flooring and polyurethane (PU) flooring systems, as well as anti-static flooring to prevent harmful electrical charge from building up. Asides from that, UCT is also able to design and fabricate onsite custom rugs to any project.
PLUMBING
The system of pipes and fixtures in a building for the distribution of drinkable water and proper waste removal is an essential part of living in the 21st century. Our team is experienced in designing, managing and installing plumbing fixtures as an integral part of the project.
CURES & SURFACE TREATMENT
Concrete is typically designed to meet specifed strength requirements. It will achieve and retain these strengths only if it is cured, treated or has proper and regular maintenance. Using industry standard curing and sealing compounds, silicate hardeners and acrylic curing with appropriate application, longer service life, extended aesthetic life of decorative surfaces and better return on investment is possible.
MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS (M&E)
Mechanical & Electrical systems are an important part of building services. It encompasses everything from the building ventilation, cooling and heating systems, power supply, security and so on. Our consultants and contractors are capable of coordinating, designing, installing, testing, operating and maintaining any M&E systems of a project to ensure safety and efficiency for all building occupants.
